Lovely dining experience at Sushi Sasa! The fried rice was delicious and came in a sizable portion. The sushi rolls were good, but the nigiri pieces were the highlight - splurged for the wagyu and the fatty tuna. Great spot for a date night or a small group!

I have got to say this has been the best sushi I’ve had so far here in Denver. It is the freshest fish if tasted since I’ve moved from California. I will be coming here more often then I should. To be honest, I expected it to be a lot more pricier as well since I’ve been to other “fancier” sushi spots around cherry creek and university. It did not compare. To top it off, the sushi was much better here, it was mind blowing. I will be recommending/bringing people to this place from Cali moving forward.

A fine dining experience that is on par with Izakaya Den! Despite it being prom night, we got seated at the chef table! Had such lovely conversations with the sushi makers! The shishito peppers were so good. We also had sautéed calamari with Korean red pepper sauce and was packed with flavor! I can't remember what rolls we had but they were also delicious.

A wonderful sushi experience in LoHi Denver. I've taken the wife for a couple date night dinners & both times have been great! We've had a few different rolls & while they aren't our favorite, everything else has exceeded our expectations. The sashimi is absolutely incredible, especially the various Tuna & Yellowtail options are like butter - just melts in your mouth. Highly recommend for a date night for anyone that loves a great sushi experience.

I believe this is probably one of the top 3 sushi places I've been to. But this has the best Japanese fried rice which really pushed the rating up. I find the edamame and sushi rolls we had to be adequate, fried rice to be one of the best I've ever had and dessert to be very delicious. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere is nice but sometimes a little too noisy depending on people sitting around you. Located near downtown, the restaurant is easy to get to. Value proposition-wise, I thought the rolls we ordered were probably unjustifiable both in portion and flavour. They were decent, but I didn't feel satisfied thinking that was well worth the experience. I got more value out of fried rice and edamame than anything. This is a must-try place if you're a fan of Japanese food and sushi with somewhat high-end ingredients. I thought it was great overall.

Wow, wow! Our server Phillip was excellent, everything came out perfect, we got new dishes between each course, and the food was excellent. It was actually fair priced for the quality of fish and presentation. One of my new favorite sushi restaurants in the Denver metro.

Spontaneous visit for a quick lunch - it was very good! Decor was nice and relaxing, the service was great, and the food was pretty tasty. We tried two rolls (spicy tuna and zen salmon), they were good but didn't have much flavor. We also ordered some fried rice, and the portion is absolutely enormous.
